Reservation and Payment: To secure your reservation, a full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the selected activity date.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
Changes and Amendments:
- Changes to the booking, including travel dates or accommodations, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Any requests for changes must be made in writing and confirmed by B&H.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
Health and Medical Considerations:
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the activities included in the package.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.
Responsibility and Liability:
- B&H acts only as a trip coordinator and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by guests during the trip.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being at all times.
Force Majeure: B&H is not liable for any disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or airline strikes.
Documentation:
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation for travel to Thailand.
- B&H is not liable for any costs or consequences resulting from inadequate or incorrect documentation.
Acceptance of Terms: By booking the package, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
