We start by understanding your treatment goals, preferences and travel plans. We then coordinate with relevant medical partners to arrange a case review and share available options. The doctor will assess your suitability and recommend a treatment plan.
Our full-service package includes your medical treatment, accommodation, airport and hospital transportation arrangements, and local staff support in Thailand. Your quotation clearly outlines all inclusions. Any services or expenses outside the agreed package may incur additional charges.
Yes. We can help arrange accommodation near your hospital or clinic, airport transfers and transport to medical appointments. These arrangements are tailored to your treatment schedule and included in a package.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. We help arrange accommodation for your companion and can suggest things for them to do in Bangkok while you recover. Many patients turn the trip into a short holiday after their procedure. Please let us know who will be travelling with you when you enquire.
Most surgery patients stay 10–14 days. This includes 2–5 nights in hospital and a recovery period in your hotel before you’re cleared to fly. We plan your entire timeline from arrival to departure.
We coordinate directly with your surgeon for post-operative questions and provide full medical records for your GP back home.
